Terms and Conditions
RATES
All rates are quoted in Australian Dollars inclusive of GST. Rates are applicable for FIT bookings only and groups of up to 10 rooms.

GROUP BOOKINGS (10 ROOMS OR MORE)
All group bookings of 10 rooms or more are to be sent to the reservations department for processing. Rates for groups may differ to those provided for FIT bookings. To secure a group booking (10 rooms or more) a 20% non-refundable deposit is required 30 days prior to arrival. The balance is due 14 days prior to the group arrival. Should payment not be received by the due date the booking will be cancelled.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Check in Time: 2:00 pm
Check Out Time: 10:00 am (Charges may apply after this time).
This site operates with a 24 hour self check-in kiosk.
The Guest will be required to provide a credit card which may be used to cover incidental items including but not limited to security bond or deposit for any breakages or damage incurred during their stay or cleaning charges in excess of the normal level of cleaning.
EARLY CHECK OUT
The property reserves the right to charge an early departure fee in the event a guest departs earlier than the original departure date.
LATE CHECK OUT
Late checkouts are available upon request. Please contact us via telephone or email to check availability. Additional fees may be applied. A late check-out fee may apply if the property is not vacated prior to the set check-out time of the property.
CHILDREN/ EXTRA PERSON POLICY
Children/Infants 0 – 12 years of age sharing the room with their parents are free of charge, if using existing bedding and not exceeding the maximum room type occupancy.
NO PARTY POLICY
We have a strict “No Party Policy” to ensure all our guests have a pleasant stay with us. The management reserve the right to refuse accommodation at their discretion we also reserve the right to have you removed from the premises with no refunds.
ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEES
Pets are allowed only in your vehicle, NOT in the rooms. We reserve the right to charge a $500 fee for extra cleaning. This includes cleaning, dry cleaning, airing out the room, carpet cleaning and 1 or 2 nights of not being able to re-let the room.
INSURANCE
It is strongly recommended to purchase Comprehensive Travel Insurance. We suggest that the policy include, but not limited to, the following coverage – loss of payment through cancellation, loss or damage to personal baggage, loss of money and medical expenses.
Cancellation Policy
FIT CANCELLATION/ CHANGES POLICY:
Changes and cancellations are permitted up until 48 hours to prior to day of arrival (ie before midnight, 2 days prior to day of check-in). Changes or cancellations within this time will be charged in full. No shows will also be charged in full.
Reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card and the full payment is required on arrival.
SPECIAL EVENT/ GROUP BOOKING CANCELLATION POLICY
For all Special Events and Coach/Group bookings, the cancellation policy is, if notified within 7 days of arrival full cancellation fees will apply.
Special Events include:
– South East Field Days annual March Event
– Car Clubs
– Sporting events and rallies
– Long Weekends
– Easter
– Christmas/New Year/Summer School Holidays (25 Dec -25 Jan)
NO SHOW
If guest fails to arrive on the scheduled check-in date, the guest will be classified as a “no show”. “No shows” and “Early Departures” will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 100% of booked nights and the reservation will be cancelled.
Refund Policy
Refund of a pre-paid booking will be processed in line with our cancellation policy. Should a booking be made through a 3rd party website, you will need to abide by the cancellation policy specific to that booking. It is your responsibility to check the cancellation policy carefully.
Should you request a cancellation before the commencement date of your stay that is outside the cancellation period, there will be 10% administration fee to cover the cost of administration that we have incurred by processing your payment and credit card refund.
Privacy Policy
SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Any personal information that we collect about customers including email addresses will be kept in our database. We will take reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information we hold is protected against misuse, disclosure and unauthorised access, including restricting access of personal information only to employees who require it in order to fulfill our obligations to you.
We will not disclose any personal information to third parties outside our company, without your written authority (except to the individual to whom the personal information relates) unless we are required by law or it is otherwise necessary.
In addition, we will comply with all legislation, principles, industry codes and policies by which we are bound (including without limitation the Privacy act 1988)
